With more than 25 years of experience providing custom radiosynthesis services for metabolism, toxicology and environmental-fate studies, Ricerca’s combination of technical skills and history of producing high-quality radiolabeled (¹⁴C, ³H, ³²P, ³⁵S, ¹³¹I, ¹²⁵I, ⁹⁹Te, ³⁶Cl) or stable-labeled (¹³C, ²H,¹⁵N) compounds gives development teams the best possible support to meet project requirements.

Our services include the cGMP preparation and release of labeled APIs, as well as the preparation of high-purity radiochemicals and separation of chiral isomers. We also perform non-GMP preparation and GLP characterization and are experienced at developing novel synthetic routes to meet specific labeling requirements. Ricerca is relatively unique in offering radiosynthesis and biology studies at a single site for unstable labeled test articles.

Our laboratory includes dedicated preparative HPLC instrumentation, as well as four dedicated analytical HPLCs, on-site LC-MS capability and a gas transfer manifold for isotopic labeling using volatile radiochemicals.
