Custom Manufacturing

Ricerca operates a highly flexible pilot plant with a wide range of capabilities. Our facility includes five kilo labs, and 17 reactor vessels ranging from 20 gallon to 750 gallon, in a variety of materials of construction. We can operate from vacuum to 550 psig, and from - 60 to +175° C.

You can rely on Ricerca to manufacture your specialty chemical product with the same attention to precision and quality that we bring to our pharmaceutical manufacturing. We have capabilities to produce polymers, electronic chemicals, biochemicals, fragrances and flavors, and other highly specialized chemistries, from KGs to tons.
