Analytical Chemistry

Ricerca provides extensive analytical chemistry support to clients in specialty chemicals applications. We work with clients on product chemistry, impurity analysis, physical characteristics, and QC protocol development.

We offer a wide array of capabilities, including

• Physical Testing, including tensile strength, shear sensitivity, particle size determinations
• Trace metals analysis for electronic chemicals and other high-purity applications
• Characterization of polymers for mechanical strength and phase transitions
• Identification and/or quantitative analysis of contaminants and deposits in or on a wide variety of materials
• Product stability testing in controlled environments
• Analysis of active ingredient in products
• Extensive instrumentation including AA, ICP, HPLC, IC, GC, GC-MS, LC-MS/MS, UV, FTIR, XRD, NMR, DSC/TGA plus conventional wet chemistries

Ricerca also offers extensive biological testing capabilities including toxicology, bioanalytical determinations, and environmental fate as required for medical device testing, fragrances, and other specialty applications.
