CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

METABOLISM/ENVIRONMENTAL FATE SCIENTIST

The Metabolism/Environmental Group has an opening for an Associate Scientist/Scientist.

The ideal candidate will be managing and/or conducting research projects to determine and understand the metabolic and degradation process of to support the registration of crop protection products worldwide.

Qualification is a Ph.D. in an appropriate discipline or candidates possessing a B.S./M.S. degree in Organic Chemistry, with previous CRO experience and experience in instrumental analysis (HPLC, LC/MS) will be considered. Experience in handling and conducting experiments with radioisotopes (carbon-14), knowledge of GLP, and familiarity with global pesticide registration guidelines are preferable, but not necessary.

SENIOR PRINCIPAL SCIENTIST/SENIOR MASS SPECTROMETRIST

The ideal candidate shall be proficient with extensive experience in small molecule methods development and validation, in compliance with FDA guidelines using LC-MS/MS instrumentation. Experience in the extraction of drug and metabolites from biological matrices utilizing broad knowledge of analytical chemistry complete with experience in wet chemistry. Working experience with GLP is required. Experience with Analyst software and Watson LIMS preferred. Required qualification is a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field with a minimum of 20+ years of experience operating LC-MS/MS instrumentation.
